StormBridge operates as a free marketplace aggregator that helps homeowners and property managers compare independent third-party roofing contractors by service category, response time, and project fit.

StormBridge:

• Does not provide roofing services
• Is not a roofing contractor
• Does not perform inspections, repairs, installations, or construction work
• Does not employ contractors

The Platform’s role is limited to facilitating comparisons and connections between users and independent roofing service providers.

3. Independent Contractors

All roofing services are performed exclusively by independent third-party contractors.

StormBridge does not:

• Control contractor pricing
• Supervise service performance
• Guarantee availability, response times, or outcomes
• Endorse any specific contractor

Any service agreement is entered into directly between the user and the selected contractor.

4. Estimates and Pricing

StormBridge does not provide estimates, quotes, or pricing for roofing services.

Any pricing or project terms are provided directly by third-party contractors and may vary based on project scope, property conditions, materials, and location.

5. Payments

StormBridge does not collect or process payments for roofing services.

All payments are handled directly between the user and the contractor under separate agreements.

6. No Warranties

StormBridge makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, licensing, insurance status, timelines, materials, or outcomes of services provided by third-party contractors.

Any warranties, if offered, are provided solely by the contractor.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when submitting requests
• Evaluating contractors independently
• Reviewing contractor credentials, licensing, and insurance
• Reviewing and agreeing to contractor-specific terms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StormBridge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of the Platform
• Interactions with contractors
• Services performed by independent third parties

StormBridge’s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the use of the Platform itself.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to roofing services must be resolved directly between the user and the contractor.

StormBridge is not a party to contractor service agreements.

Disputes related solely to use of the Platform are governed by applicable laws of the United States.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, layout, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of StormBridge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

StormBridge reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Termination

Access to the Platform may be restricted or terminated at any time due to misuse, violation of these terms, or security concerns.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
